Delivery Policy:

  • Timelines: We deliver across Pakistan within 5-7 working days after order confirmation.
  • Verification: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified via WhatsApp or call before processing.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is confirmed, address modifications are not allowed.
  • Remote Areas: Prepayments and self-collection may be required in certain distant areas.
  • Delays: Deliveries may be impacted by natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays.
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your order details.

Order Confirmation and Payments:

  • Processing Times: Orders placed on weekdays are confirmed within two working days. Weekend or holiday orders are processed the next business day.
  • COD Verification: Up to three confirmation calls are made for COD orders. Orders may be cancelled if calls are not answered.
  • Online Payments: Orders undergo a fraud check. Orders that pass are processed; those that fail are cancelled.
  • Collection: Payment for COD orders is collected at the delivery address.
  • Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing discrepancies, technical issues, declined payments, high return rates, non-serviceable areas, or other concerns.

Exchange Policy:

  • Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds.
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Items can be exchanged if they are defective or the wrong size. Report issues via WhatsApp with photos and your order number within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure the correct size is ordered as sizes are explicitly stated on our website.
  • Processing Exchange: Replacement may take 8-10 days depending on item availability.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, along with the invoice.
  • Color Variance: Exchanges based on slight color differences due to photographic or display settings are not accepted.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange Rejection: We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
