Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

In case of natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays, delivery may be delayed.

For some remote areas, advance payment or self-collection may be required.

Order Confirmation & Payments

Orders placed from Monday to Friday take up to 2 working days for confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During busy periods or delays in verification, orders may be delayed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders are confirmed through WhatsApp or phone call

  • A maximum of 3 confirmation calls are made

  • If calls are not answered, the order will be cancelled

  • Payment is collected at the shipping address

Online Payments

Online paid orders go through a fraud check. Once approved by the payment processor, the order is processed. If the payment fails or is flagged, the order is automatically cancelled.

Address Changes

Once an order is placed (COD or prepaid), address changes are not allowed.

Order Cancellation by Namalzara

Namalzara reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Item out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Technical issues

  • Payment declined by your bank

  • High return history

  • Non-serviceable areas

  • Suspicious order activity

Authenticity

Namalzara is not responsible for items purchased from unauthorized sellers. Please place orders only through our official store to receive genuine products at correct prices. We do not support purchases from resellers or unofficial social media pages.
