Shipping Policy

Delivery and Shipping:

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan within 5-7 working days, subject to order confirmation.
  • COD Verification: Payments for Cash on Delivery orders are processed after a phone verification via WhatsApp or call.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is confirmed, no modifications to the delivery address are permitted.
  • Remote Areas: In certain remote areas, prepayments may be required and self-collection options may be available.
  • Potential Delays: Delivery schedules may be affected by natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays.
  • Shipping Charges: These are calculated at the time of checkout.

Order Confirmation and Payments:

  • Confirmation Time: Orders placed on weekdays are confirmed within two working days. Orders made over weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Verification Calls for COD: We conduct up to three verification calls for COD orders. Unattended calls may lead to order cancellation.
  • Online Payments: Orders are subject to a thorough fraud check. Successfully verified orders proceed; those failing the fraud check are cancelled.
  • Collection of Payments: For COD orders, payments are collected directly at the shipping address.
  • Order Cancellation: Namal Zara reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, declined payments, high return ratios, non-serviceable areas, or suspicious order histories.

  • Purchasing Safeguards: Namal Zara does not assume responsibility for products bought from unauthorized sellers. We advise our customers to only place orders through our official website, namalzara.com, to ensure they receive authentic AAN products at correct prices. Purchasing from unauthorized resellers or social media platforms is strongly discouraged.

Exchange Policy:

  • Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds.
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Items can be exchanged if they are defective or the wrong size. Report issues via WhatsApp with photos and your order number within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure the correct size is ordered as sizes are explicitly stated on our website.
  • Processing Exchange: Replacement may take 8-10 days depending on item availability.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, along with the invoice.
  • Color Variance: Exchanges based on slight color differences due to photographic or display settings are not accepted.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange Rejection: We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
