At Namalzara, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.


Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong size

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please share clear pictures of the issue along with your order number.


Size Responsibility

All sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the size details before placing an order. We are not responsible if the wrong size is selected by the customer.


Exchange Processing Time

Replacement items may take 8–10 working days depending on product availability.


Return Shipping Costs

We do not provide courier compensation for items sent back unless our representative specifically requests you to return the item.


Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must not be damaged

  • All tags must be attached

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A copy of the invoice must be included

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, you will be offered an exchange based on stock availability.


Color Variation

Actual product colors may look slightly different due to lighting during photography or your screen brightness settings. Because of this, items are not eligible for exchange based on color difference.


Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.


Right to Refuse

Namalzara reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions listed in this policy.
